We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our team.

 

The Key Account Coordinator is responsible for managing key customer relationships while also supporting inside sales operations at the counter. This role involves developing business with existing clients, providing technical support, processing sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business growth in the electric motor rewinding and repair industry. The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers in the electric motor sales and repair industry. This role involves understanding client needs, providing technical support, coordinating service and sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

 

What you will be doing:

Account Management & Customer Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to assess customer requirements and promote company services.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and products with existing and new clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop and present proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.

Technical Support & Coordination:

  • Provide customers with expert advice on electric motor rewinding, repairs, and maintenance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to motor repairs.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews for management.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Inside Sales & Counter Support:

  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product selection, and service requests.
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely product availability.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and order management.

  • $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

What we need from you:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or a technical role in the electric motor industry.
  • Strong understanding of electric motors, rewinding, and industrial maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Previous experience working with industrial or manufacturing clients.
